Ovenschotel met spinazie en champignons voor 10 personen


béchamel sauce
100 gr. butter
120 gr. flour
1 cut up onion
1.2 l. milk
nutmeg

3 packs of common mushrooms
2 double packs of dry smoked bacon OR 500 gr. of ground meat
8 hard boiled eggs
2 kilogr. of fresh spinache or 3 packs of around 450 gr. of deep frozen cut up spinache
bread crumbs
200 gr. of grated cheese

mashed potatoes
3.5 kilogr. of potatoes
50 gr. of butter
aromat
pepper
3 dl. of warm milk

preparation:

preheat the oven to 200 °C

1. boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes until they're done, and mash up finely
2. prepare the béchamel sauce in the meantime
3. melt the butter and bake the onion to a glassy crisp
4. add the milk and stir with a whisk until all the whole is lump-free
5. coke the sauce for about 15 minutes on a soft fire
6. stir regularly with a wooden spoon and flavour the sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg
7. wash the spinache and cook it until it slinks
8. cut the spinache on a cutting board and let it leak dry
9. bake the ground meat or the bacon and add the cut up mushrooms
10. grease up an oven dish nicely and putt in a layer of mashed potatoes
11. mix the spinache with the béchamel sauce, the meat and the mushrooms
12. put this on top of the mashed potato
13. cut the eggs into slices and put this on top of the rest
14. throw in a bag of grated cheese on top
15. cover the whole with another layer of mashed potato
16. put the bread crumbs on top along with the second bag of grated cheese and some butter
17. bake it in the oven until a golden crisp starts to form
18. serve immediately
